Description
The sauce is made from organic peppers and chilies from our farm that have been fermented for at least 2 weeks. It has a rich and fruity flavor with lovely heat and lots of garlic flavor. Goes very well with eggs, soups and noodle and rice dishes. Heat 2/5.
