Complaints
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or incorrect (wrong product or wrong quantity), please contact us as soon as possible at info@skanskchili.com or on 070-4389376.
Do not send anything back to us without contacting us first.
After the season or if the product is sold out, you will get your money back unless you want to choose something else from our range.
We will reimburse you for the return shipping of wrongly delivered/damaged goods, according to the supplier’s shipping/postage costs for the shipment. We will also pay for any replacement delivery. In the event of a dispute that we do not manage to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to the General Complaints Board. We follow their decision.
Right of withdrawal
For products that are specially made for a particular customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. Goods that fall under the category of food are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
For products where the right of withdrawal applies, the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Then you as a customer must pay for the shipping to us with a suitable mode of transport. Pack well. If you want us to send a prepaid return consignment note, we charge SEK 149 incl. VAT per package for shipping and handling.

Refund of order amount
In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request new goods, Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) shall refund the order amount.
Uncollected items
Uncollected shipments will be charged with our costs for shipping, packaging and handling.
Freight rates
There is no shipping cost for purchases over SEK 500 (for selected shipping methods). For orders under SEK 500, there is a shipping cost that is presented at checkout.
Delivery and ordering
Normal delivery time is 2-3 working days with DHL Servicepoint within Sweden and 5-7 with DHL Euroconnect abroad. Within Sweden, we reserve the right to deliver in 5-10 working days on occasions of high order pressure and up to 14 days abroad. We aim to ship all orders no later than the next day.
In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with Skånsk Chilis AB’s (skanskchili.com) terms and conditions. Cancellation after the order has been shipped is not possible. In cases where the order has been shipped, the customer is obliged to receive the order. It is not possible to cancel a product or service that has been purchased or prepared especially for the customer. Cancellation is also not possible in cases where a delivery is delayed due to the carrier.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Seller either by e-mail or telephone.

Other
Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or because an item has expired, Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way. Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available.
